1. Users that get warned 4 times, will be banned.
2. Do not ask to become a mod/admin.
3. When creating a topic make sure it fits to the category.
4. No spamming.
5. No double posting UNLESS you are bumping your own thread with an update
6. No ecchi/hentai/porn topics if we find something like that permanent ban for you .
7. Don't make new topics in NSUS section
8. Don't steal sprites,signatures etc. or else warn or ban.
9. Please, do not ask for a release date it gets annoying.
10. Do not post large signatures they will be deleted immediately.
11. If you see someone who broke the rules just report if your report is is right you'll receive 40 credits if not -90 credits and if you annoy moderators or admins for credits again -90 credits.
